The project started in April 2017 and will last three years. Experts of the food & beverage sector and consumers from the two countries will be involved in direct promotion activities and online awareness campaigns targeting European food excellence and quality, as well as its traceability and safety levels in comparison to other products, as guaranteed by EU official denominations and labels.
The project “Taste of Europe” was launched by five Consortiums for the promotion and protection of typical, traditional products from Italy’s Emilia-Romagna region.
