Taste of Europe

The Consortium for the Promotion of Lambrusco of Modena, the Consortium for Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, and the Consortium for DOP Prosciutto of Modena – three of the five leading consortia for the project entitled Taste of Europe – will be taking part in the 2018 edition of Winter Fancy Food.

Winter Fancy Food is the flagship food & beverage expo held on the West Coast, and organized by the Specialty Food Association. This year's edition will be held in San Francisco at the Moscone Convention Center from January 21st through January 23rd. The three consortia will be hosted in the Italian pavilion – specifically at Booths 3837-3839.

The Consortium for the Promotion of Lambrusco of Modena will be offerings samples of three wines from as many wine producers: “Prata Solis”, Lambrusco dell’Emilia IGP, Casali Viticultori Srl; “Vigna del Cristo”, Lambrusco di Sorbara DOP, Cavicchioli U&F; and Lambrusco Reggiano DOC di Medici Ermete&Figli Srl.
The Consortium of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, on the other hand, will be represented by Leonardo Giocabazzi, the organization's vice president. He will be tasked with introducing people to the product, and the taste and quality that set it apart. Finally, the Consortium of DOP Prosciutto of Modena will be represented by Salumificio Vitali, which will provide samples of the incomparable Modena DOP prosciutto.
