The Consortia must obviously include the Consortium of Lambrusco di Modena, the Consortium of Romagna Wines and the Consortium for the Protection and Promotion of Reggiano DOP, Colli di Scandiano and Canossa PDO Wines. Products will additionally be offered for tasting from the Consortium for the Protection of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar di Modena PDO and - exclusively during the event in New York - those of the Consortium of Prosciutto di Modena PDO.
The program will be structured similarly on both days, with a part including a commercial workshop and another with an informative workshop, along with many side events such as guided tastings and B2B meetings.
The workshops will be similar to "walk-around tastings”. The numerous cellars that the Consortia represent will have stations equipped for tasting their wines, allowing them to come into direct contact with the sector's operators such as importers, distributors, ho.re.ca. businesses and sommeliers.
The seminars will instead be for market agents and both traditional and digital media. One person will be chosen by each Consortium to present the characteristics and peculiarities of their wines, their denominations and their production territories.
